Combine all ingredients in a blender. I used my new Vitamix, and it made this smoothie extra creamy.

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie puree!)

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp organic almond butter

  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein (I used Ancient Nutrition’s Bone Broth Collagen Protein)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (ceylon or true cinnamon)

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1/2 in ginger (small piece or more if you like it spicy)

  • 1 tsp lion’s mane mushroom (I used Purica’s micronized full spectrum Lion’s Mane powder)

  • Optional: 1 tsp psyllium husks or chia seeds for more fiber
