Hi there, I am Nadja!

I was born and raised in a small city in Germany. After completing my Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, I took a year to travel across
North America. This journey lead me to a wonderful path of self-discovery. I redirected my acquired knowledge with more focus and purpose towards a career in the health field. With my studies in Holistic Nutrition and Reiki Energy Healing I help people heal their bodies naturally.

After years of having struggled with my own digestive issues and unhealthy eating behaviors, I was finally able to heal on many levels! But, what lead me to specialize in brain health and especially mental decline and memory loss, was seeing my grandparents struggle with cognitive decline for years. Alzheimer’s disease affected my grandparents and hence my parents (as caregivers) immensely, and unfortunately general medicine does not offer effective treatments! With my in depth understanding of these conditions in a holistic way, I am able to offer holistic prevention methods.

 Another big concern I see for many people is chronic lack of sleep or generally poor sleep. Which leaves them frustrated and agitated throughout the day. Poor sleep also contributes to weight gain, poor memory and lack of energy. Enough restful sleep is one of the four foundations of health and thus crucial to the overall well-being of any individual. The other three foundations are nutrition, exercise, and stress management, which I always incorporate in my holistic protocols.

 It is my passion to support individuals in their healing journey and with my customized plans and individualized education I teach my clients how to reach optimal health. We are all unique, just because something works for your friend or coworker doesn’t mean it will work for you! 

So why should you work with me? After assessing your health status and history, I will help you make the best choices for you in terms of nutrition and lifestyle. Depending on my clients needs, I can provide a comprehensive health protocol including a meal plan with easy recipes to follow, beneficial supplements to take and lifestyle recommendations. In addition to that, I offer reiki energy attunements to support healing.

Working with a nutritionist is an investment that will save you time, give you piece of mind and can be very cost-effective, think about all the money you might be spending on supplements not knowing how much to take and if they really make a difference for you as an individual. 

In my practice, I address the root causes of my client’s conditions to reach optimal health. Unfortunately, western medicines’ focus is on treating symptoms instead of the actual causes, which leads to other issues (side-effects) down the road. Although western medicine is important and has its place for acute conditions, a holistic approach is more beneficial for chronic conditions. Investing in your health early on will make a huge difference for your physical and cognitive fitness in the long run. Your body and mind will thank you!
